GOOD Based on 53 reviews Posted on Tripadvisor kire67Verified Great place to stay - On the water, quiet and friendly. We needed a place to stay in the area while visiting with friends. It would have been tough to find a better place. Beautiful setting right on the lake. The bed was very comfortable. The first night it was very quiet except for the loons and owls as there were not very many other guests. The second night there were more people but still very quiet. We did not get a chance to sample the food. Definitely have to come back for a week or so. Staff very helpful and friendly.Posted on Tripadvisor Snickers83Verified Great view and very relaxing. We had a fabulous time. The end was just as pictured. Could not have asked for a more peaceful and beautiful setting outside. The room was comfortable and we had a beautiful Lakeside view. If I were to offer some suggestions for any improvements, it would be to offer bottled water and some things to do or places to go to eat. We struggled with trying to find restaurants that were open. It would also be nice to have fires in the evening in the fall as there was not much going on around town and staying in the room all evening gets a little tiring. One night we were going to ask about a fire, but cannot find anyone around in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again though as it was a great place and I’m sure during peak season it has everything you would imagine it to be.Posted on Tripadvisor Kim HVerified Nice spot, but choose room carefully This property is lovely and a great location for a getaway. Loved the views, the main lodge and the covered wrap around porch. We stayed in Hemlock cabin, which actually attached to the main lodge, but with its own entrance. We were attracted to this room due to the separate bunk room for our kids. The downside was the main bedroom of the cabin - it was dark as there was no window in the bedroom. And no where to hang any clothing or even to place any of your belongings. What we thought was the closet door turned out to be a passageway to the staff area of the lodge. That was a little weird, especially since you could not lock that door. So, really anyone could just wander in. The staff start work early judging by the up and down of feet on the stairs directly above the bedroom. Good thing we are early risers.Posted on Tripadvisor MarentVerified Beautiful lakeside deck! We just stopped for a beer and WOW is this place perfect. Lakeside dining and can’t wait to come back with dinner reservations. Can’t believe we just found this place. Great selection of Maine Brews and specialty cocktails. Laid back crew and attentive service. Reasonable pricing too;-)Posted on Tripadvisor BabsVerified DON’T GO !!! Afraid to tell the masses that restaurant & bar along with LODGE have opened for season. Great dining, sorry, all around experience! The place was packed at bar almost completely full in dining room. ZOE was wonderful! Food was BAM! Don’t goPosted on Tripadvisor June KVerified A great New Year's Eve We spent New Year's Eve at their event. Great venue, beautiful, wonderful appetizers and buffet, great New Year's paraphernalia, horns, hats etc. There was live music a DJ, music and fireworks. Best of all the next morning my husband called because he thought he left the phone therePosted on Tripadvisor BluewatersBostonVerified My lovely wedding at The Lodge at Pleasant Point I just had my wedding at The Lodge at Pleasant Point and I cannot say Thank You enough to Beth, Brianna, Scott and entire staff. They were my personal wedding planners and helped with every detail from decorations to the wine list to my specific wishes for the rooming list. The food was wonderful and service was great. In additional they made sure my elderly parents were well looked after, which was instrumental in making it a perfect day for myself and now better half. It seems like almost every guest had comments on the fabulous location, the comfortable and immaculate rooms and the more than helpful staff. Again, THANK YOU!!! We are so lucky to have you in our community. :)Posted on Tripadvisor BJWTravelerVerified Amazing Getaway We stayed at the lodge for 41/2 days. It was excellent. The Lodge is immaculate. The food was delicious. And the staff was outstanding. Fabulous sunsets. We wished we had stayed a few more days. Kezar Lake is beautiful. It was so clean for swimming and perfectly calm for kayaking or canoeing. Great walking/hiking trails. Nicely located near No Conway, NH and the White Mountains. Hope we can return soon.Posted on Tripadvisor Richard FipphenVerified Perfection in Rural Maine Stunning lake front location with private beach on Kezar Lake, charming hosts, spacious and comfortable rooms with spectacular lake views, excellent food...what's not to like?! Lots of places at the lodge and beach to relax and read and soak up the beauty. I threw all my windows wide open to bring in the fresh Maine air and I slept fabulously!! And bring your good camera and zoom lens to photograph the loons! Only 90 minutes from Portland! I will be back!
