A New Chapter on Kezar Lake
Located on the shores of beautiful Kezar Lake in Lovell, Maine, Pleasant Point Inn is a historic waterfront inn and restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality in one of New England’s most picturesque destinations.
On January 1, 2026, Pleasant Point Inn was purchased by Lovell residents Nick Kane and Bailey Damon, who are proud to continue the property’s long tradition of welcoming guests to Western Maine.
As lifelong members of the Fryeburg and Lovell communities, Nick and Bailey bring years of hospitality experience, a deep appreciation for Maine’s natural beauty, and a commitment to preserving the unique character that has made Pleasant Point Inn a beloved destination for generations.
Meet the Owners
Nick and Bailey are both Fryeburg natives and graduates of Fryeburg Academy. Together, they have built their careers around a shared passion for hospitality, exceptional service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Prior to purchasing Pleasant Point Inn, Nick served as Executive Chef and General Manager of Severance Lodge in Lovell. He also spent many years honing his culinary skills at The Oxford House Inn in Fryeburg, earning a reputation for thoughtful, ingredient-driven cuisine and a dedication to excellence.
Bailey has a background in recruiting and human resources as well as many years of hospitality work. She graduated from Suffolk University with a degree in Business Management and spent much of her college career working at The 21st Amendment in Boston, where she developed her love for hospitality and guest service.
Married since 2018, Nick and Bailey are raising their two daughters, Eleanor and Annie, in the community they proudly call home.
